Getting thin and strong with all this stress. I have a tendency when under heavy stress to eat very little... though probably closer to what I should be eating and not the Americanized portions we all know about today. And since I'm not getting out as much on the bike, I've been doing calesthetics (sp?) and limited free weights more. I can tell the fat is falling off and the arms are getting hard and sculpted. The legs? Well they're shrinking according to my wife. My current level is 159.5 pounds and 9% body fat. I think if I get running and biking again, I can reach my leanest weight in the last 5 or so years with a boost in core and upper body strength. That level? 152 pounds at 5% body fat. I have to kick in the cardio to get there. Right now, I can pound out a decent ride at medium pace. My hope would be to do the distances I can do at mid-pace but lay on the skill and the speed... too bad I can't afford to get to the trail, huh?
