As Promised...

I ran this morning. In the snow. In the cold. On the sidewalk. While out there I remembered today was the Versluis Snow Cross event. They had some great snow to chug through today and a bit of a chill to work through... I just popped by the Kisscross site and it looks like there was a ton of snow... so much so they could not plow the ultra course. Hope those on attendance had a good time!

Later in the day, near my house at the base of the Bridge Street hill up to Mount Mercy, there was a cycling couple building speed for the climb. I soon caught them stopped just before the blind curve up the hill waving cars by. The hill was not cleared off as it usually is and safety would be a concern. Especially since they were on road bikes and probably not ready for the snow up the hill. I send those two good luck up the hill as well as MTB shoes... in case they had to resort to bike pushers.
