A Few Rides Under the Belt

I've done a couple of rides in the past week. I seem to be going at about 70% capacity. I have not yet attempted a run of any sort. But I think that is going to need to change rather quickly as the Iceman Cometh is 7.5 weeks away and cyclocross season has finally started. Also on the rides, I don't seem to have any stamina when it comes to riding. And last nights ride out at Yankee had me do 1 lap in 59:10 for the now 11.8 mile section. The rest of the crew mounted up the lights as I tried to hold my ribcage in place. They went around again. I haven't fully recovered from the injury... 2 weeks or so ago. And the drained hematoma seems to be returning, however with little to no pain and no where near as large. I am monitoring it for any drastic changes but will be icing and heating it on a regular basis to promote reabsorbtion by the body as well as keep the capilaries constricted to prevent additional blood flow. Contradicting approaches, I know... but it has to be done. Again, good thoughts... good thoughts....
